History

Fabricados Industriales Aragoneses S.L. was created in early 1986. It started out as a listed company, known as FIASA. A few years later it acquired the status of public limited company.

FIASA was able to adapt to the economic circumstances of the time, overcoming the crisis of the 80s and the 90s and the global recession of 2008.

It started out as an auxiliary workshop, where small lathing and milling jobs were done primarily on individual pieces. After the advent of CNC machining, FIASA started to work on batch production, gradually incorporating machinery which brought great added value.

In 2015, FIASA relocated its facilities to the Plataforma Logística de Zaragoza (PLAZA), one of the most important business centres in Europe. FIASA currently offers the production and assembly of original equipment as well as assembly on our customers’ production lines (handling & lifting).
